Is there a cost?
The S.T.R.E.A.M Fair and Academy Days event is free for all visitors. There is of no charge.
What should I bring?
Sleeping bag and pillow (optional air mattress), personal toiletries, towel, and casual clothing.
What documents must I complete and/or bring?
We will need a copy of your medical insurance card/information with child's name and a Consent to Treat Form filled out by the time they arrive.
Important: Please upload all documents below or email to Janica Caster at jcaster@unionspringsacademy.org.
If you are unable to fill out the form or email the insurance card in advance, please come to the registration at 9 am on Sunday and we can copy it and you can fill out the paperwork there. We appreciate you doing it in advance. Bringing a pre-copied document will suffice.
Where will this program take place?

Upon your arrival, first head to the gymnasium (located next to a large parking lot on top of the school) for registration/check-in. After the students check-in they will be given clearance to go check in the dorms and get settled.
Lodging Details:
All visiting students can stay in the dormitories on night Sunday, March 10th. Parents or guardians are not able to stay in our dormitories and need to arrange alternative lodging. If you are in need of a hotel for the weekend, we do have a partnership for a 25% discount for the Inn at the Fingerlakes in Auburn, NY. Click HERE to make this reservation.
What should I be aware of?
Please arrive school between 9 and 10 AM for registration on Sunday, March 10th, when registration/check-in begins.
School rules and policies will apply throughout the event regarding behavior and Christian
Guidelines that need to be upheld by all attendees. If you have any questions or concerns with this trip, please contact our school immediately.
